OUR PROCESS IS HANDLED IN TWO PHASES:
Interview with a member of LT Global Staffing, Inc.’s Team
After we have worked with you to identify your company’s needs, we utilize our state of the art database coupled with our search techniques to match candidates that meet your specifications. We establish a list of candidates, and schedule a face to face interview in order to begin our vetting process. We use this opportunity to corroborate the technical details of their application and discuss the job opportunity.
During the interview process, a member of our team will evaluate the candidate with personality testing to ensure that they will match the organizational culture and possess the traits to fit the job.
Our team will then test the candidates understanding of the position. We present them with real life situations in various aspects of the job in order to see how they would act to ensure a perfect match to the jobs requirements.
LT Global Staffing, Inc. has developed an array of tests for various disciplines in the oil and gas industry, as well as tests relating to general knowledge of Microsoft Office to ensure that our candidates are proficient with the necessary skills to perform their job duties. Candidates will be tested onsite to ensure the integrity of all testing.
Once we have verified that the candidate matches your requirements, fits your culture, and can operate at a satisfactory level we submit them to an interview with you. During the submission process we provide the first of two reports about the candidate. This report contains a summary of the interview, and all testing done in the first phase. It is at this point that Phase Two begins.
We verify that the information provided by the candidate is accurate not only regarding their work history but also in regards to their accomplishments. LT Global Staffing, Inc. conduct’s reference checks to verify the accuracy of this information. This report will be provided prior to the first interview.
On-site interview with you
We will assist in scheduling an interview at a time that will work for both the employer and candidate.
Background Check/Drug Testing
The workplace should be a safe environment. To ensure this, LT Global Staffing, Inc. performs both background and drug testing at your request in order to assist in the on-boarding process.
